I am a highly skilled environmental economist specialised in spatial economics and GIS pursuing a PhD degree in Environmental Economics at the LSE and the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment. My primary research focus is on coastal and marine ecosystems, where I integrate geospatial data science methods and satellite imagery to address the multifaceted challenges of environmental conservation and sustainable development.
Prior to starting the PhD degree, I had been working as a Senior Consultant in an environmental economics research consultancy, eftec, where I had led multiple projects for the UK Government and its agencies as well as international organisations. Most recently, I have completed a consultancy project evaluating just transition programmes in developing nations for the International Labour Organisation and the Green Climate Fund.
