Research analyst and lead writer for “Renovating the Republic” project in collaboration with the Parliament of Finland. In the project we collected 200 interviews with MPs, cabinet members, civil servants, and chief executives, and published three reports.

Research secondment to support UK ministry for digital affairs on digital regulation and governance.

Public management consulting and senior advice for the Finnish Government, including ministries, central agencies, regional councils, and municipalities.

Drafting communications policy, support in drafting national and EU legislation, analysis and foresight on government digitalization and digital policy, responses to citizen inquiries.

Research for master’s thesis on government strategic management systems. My research was published as an official audit report “Strategy work in ministerial administration”.

Member of audit project on the steering systems in the administrative field of the Ministry of Finance, audit of strategy systems and strategic steering of consolidated state services, reporting audit in two in-depth audit memos.
