His entrepreneurial background includes founding KINGS, an ethical aftershave brand supporting mental health initiatives, and leading Zion, a community-owned café and events space fostering social cohesion.
A former Aerospace Engineer, Blué spent a decade at Airbus and GKN Aerospace before pivoting towards social entrepreneurship, fuelled by a global career break that reshaped his mission towards people and the planet.
Recognised for his commitment to the sector, Blué is a scholarship awardee on the Executive MSc in Social Business & Entrepreneurship at LSE, 2018 Virgin Social Entrepreneur of the Year, and a Bristol Life Award winner.
