We are looking for evaluation and strategy specialists to join our Framework for Evaluation & Strategy Services (2023-25).
The Lots on the Framework are:
Lot 1 – Project & Programme Evaluation
Lot 2 – Systems Change Evaluation
Lot 3 – Pilot & Innovation Evaluation
Lot 4 – Learning Partners
Lot 5 – Economic Evaluation
Lot 6 – Strategy
Suppliers can apply to be on one or more Lots.
Our evaluation and strategy projects vary in budget, size, and scope, so we’re hoping to appoint a range of small consultancies and large agencies to the Framework. The Framework Agreement is designed to reduce procurement burden on Suppliers to provide an efficient, cost-effective, and streamlined tendering process without compromising on quality.
