Team Palestine at the Norwegian Embassy in Amman, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, intends to establish a framework agreement for independent control and technical consulting in connection with the implementation of Norwegian support for energy sector projects, and therefore invites interested parties to participate in an open tender contest.
