Jobbsjansen is a subsidy scheme where the purpose is to contribute to increased employment among immigrant women who are far from the labour market and who need qualification to get to work or regular education. We have both knowledge of the job chance scheme from quantitative individual data and from the perspectives of the tenderers of the Jobbsjansen programme. What we know less about, however, is the participants' motivation and experience of their own participation. The aim of the project is therefore to obtain the participants in Jobbsjansen ́s experiences and experiences with the participation, in order to provide a knowledge basis for improvement of content and further development of Jobbsjansen.
