Transport Infrastructure Ireland (the “Authority”) wishes to establish a Qualification System for the procurement of external members of the MetroLink Programme Steering Committee (previously referred to as the MetroLink Delivery Oversight Group), a TII governance entity established to support the governance, oversight and delivery of MetroLink.
