The Ministry of Health and Human Services would like to have an analysis of the Health Platform carried out in order to follow up the Storting's decision to provide an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Health Platform: "The Storting asks the government to provide open and independent economic, social, quality and legal analyses of advantages and disadvantages for hospitals, municipalities, gps and patients with the journal and interaction system Health Platform. The analyses must consider alternatives with continuation and improvement or systems based on existing alternatives in the market. The Norwegian Parliament is at the latest briefed on the processing of the national budget for 2026." The aim of the analysis is to establish a fact-based knowledge basis and it is limited from making recommendations or proposing measures. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 01.12.2025.
