Opportunity is being administered by the South West Police Procurement Service (SWPPS) on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset (PCC). Tenderers are invited to tender for the Customer's requirements for Provider/s to design and deliver two rigorous mixed-methods evaluations that investigate the effectiveness of work that prevents serious offending. The contract opportunity is separated into Lots for this procurement process and the Customer is seeking independent evaluation for the following: Lot 1: The effectiveness of Violence Reduction Unit behavioural intervention/s.  Lot 2: The efficacy of the DRIVE domestic abuse perpetrator programme in reducing recidivism
