The Ministry of Education and Research has decided that the Norway shall participate in the study "International Computer and Information Literacy Study" (ICILS) in 2028. The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training is hereby highlighting the assignment of having national project management for ICILS in Norway. National project management is responsible for carrying out the ICILS survey in Norway, i.e. preparation for the study, collection and analysis of the Norwegian data as well as reporting. An important part of the assignment to the national project management is to take care of the role of NRC (National Research Coordinator).

Modelling of limnic systems is not a part of the assignment. All-covering maps means a map that covers all area, without holes or overlap. This tender document invites proposals from research groups with expertise in health economics, fiscal policies, policy innovation and evaluation to conduct comprehensive research on health taxation within the European Union (EU) and its member states. The primary objective is to provide evidence-based insights to support policy making in five areas related to health taxation (particularly excise taxes) on products that impacts health, particularly NCDs and cancers. The five areas are tobacco use (all tobacco products including nicotine products, devices and related accessories), alcohol use,orty foods and drinks (foods and beverages with high content of fat, salt and sugar) and sources for psychiatry environments (i.e. environmental chemicals and pollution).

The detection rate in the police has fallen within several important issues. The aim of the research project is to contribute research-based knowledge on the reasons for variations and changes in the detection percentage on the prioritised cases, as defined in the Attorney General's annual circular letter on targets and priorities, as well as the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Services's award letter. The assignment shall discuss the findings in light of existing research on the percentage of clarification in other countries.

Norway – Mapping the counties' internal control for safety on roads.

The Road Supervisory Authority shall, on behalf of the Ministry of Transport, investigate "a legal basis to demand that [...] the counties shall have and use a [...] management system to ensure traffic safety connected to their roads", equivalent to the road law § 11 b for national roads, cf. Supplementary award letter no. 2 - Requirement for a management system on the way, 13 June 2023. The Road Supervisory Authority needs a good professional basis to be able to assess whether there is a need to introduce such legal basis. As a basis for answering the initial questions in the review instructions, Vegtilsynet wants the consultant to carry out a mapping connected to internal control in the counties. The mapping will be a professional basis for Vegtilsynet ́s further work on the review on lovheimel. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT.
