The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) has lead a consortium consisting of 18 partners from 11 nations which submitted a project proposal for the European Defense Fund (EDF) 2024 work programme, topic EDF-2024-DA-UWW-AHMS: Autonomous Heavy Minesweeping System (AHMS). The project proposal is called EUROSWEEP.

Term - The knowledge sector ́s service provider, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement with a provider of consultancy services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Contracting Authority ́s need for access to consultancy services within special areas to the degree that these cannot be solved through the Contracting Authority's existing agreements on consultancy services, as well as minor areas where the existing contracts do not cover. The Ministry of Education and Research has decided that the Norway shall participate in the study "International Computer and Information Literacy Study" (ICILS) in 2028. The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training is hereby highlighting the assignment of having national project management for ICILS in Norway. National project management is responsible for carrying out the ICILS survey in Norway, i.e. preparation for the study, collection and analysis of the Norwegian data as well as reporting. An important part of the assignment to the national project management is to take care of the role of NRC (National Research Coordinator).

The learning environment project was established in 2013 and is an offer for nurseries, schools and municipalities who want to work with safe and good nursery and school environments and who want direct support and guidance. The learning environment project has been adjusted several times since its inception and is constantly being developed.

The JA PreventNCD project seeks to enhance public health outcomes by leveraging health taxes as a policy tool. This tender document invites proposals from research groups with expertise in health economics, fiscal policies, policy innovation and evaluation to conduct comprehensive research on health taxation within the European Union (EU) and its member states. The primary objective is to provide evidence-based insights to support policy making in five areas related to health taxation (particularly excise taxes) on products that impacts health, particularly NCDs and cancers. The five areas are tobacco use (all tobacco products including nicotine products, devices and related accessories), alcohol use,orty foods and drinks (foods and beverages with high content of fat, salt and sugar) and sources for psychiatry environments (i.e. environmental chemicals and pollution).

The objective of the monitoring programme is • Monitor the condition and changes of the condition for automatically listed cultural monuments. The detection rate in the police has fallen within several important issues. The aim of the research project is to contribute research-based knowledge on the reasons for variations and changes in the detection percentage on the prioritised cases, as defined in the Attorney General's annual circular letter on targets and priorities, as well as the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Services's award letter. The government wants all children to have access to an equal nursery offer of high quality. The Nursery School Act and the framework plan set requirements and frameworks for the nursery offer and the quality of kindergarten, but we do not know enough about compliance in the sector today. The Government would like to make sure that the nursery sector gets good support in the work on quality development in nurseries, cf. the national nursery strategy towards 2030, nursery school for a new era. Vågan municipality intends to establish a dynamic procurement scheme for the category project manager/consultant. The scope can vary based on on ongoing needs and there will be either mini-competitions or framework agreements under the DPS scheme.
