The behaviour hubs programme supports schools that want and need to turn around their behaviour culture. The programme pairs schools and multi-academy trusts (MATs) with exemplary behaviour practices, known as lead schools/MATs, with partner schools or MATs that have self- referred onto the programme. The programme is open to primary, secondary, alternative provision and special schools.   The aim is for the evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the behaviour hubs programme in achieving its strategic aim to improve and sustain behaviour culture and practice in schools, achieving benefits for schools, workforce, and pupils.   The evaluator will complete a formative and summative evaluation to: - Assess whether the programme is effective in meeting strategic aims, objectives and expected outcomes and impacts. - Assess, test and refine the programme logic model to understand why the intervention has worked (or not). - Assess and collect evidence to...

BEIS is considering a supplier to undertake a comprehensive update of the 2019 published Energy Innovation Needs Assessments (EINAs). The project will be delivered in consultation with government technical and analytical experts and will allow BEIS to build a robust knowledge base to guide UK decisions for the support of innovation in net zero related technologies, systems and processes. Project deliverables will provide insights into the potential of technologies, systems and processes to:   - lead to a reduction in energy and/or decarbonisation costs;   - improve UK energy security;   - generate economic benefits to the UK;   - help meet UK climate change targets;   and help contextualise UK challenges and capabilities in meeting such opportunities by identifying, exploring, and quantifying key UK net zero innovation barriers and enablers.

ORE Catapult is supported by the UK Government’s Catapult programme, and as such is required periodically to provide evidence of its impact and value for money. From April 2023, corresponding to a new 5-year funding period, ORE Catapult will implement a new Impact Evaluation Framework   To deliver this Impact Evaluation Framework (including VfM Assessment), ORE Catapult now seeks to commission external expertise which shall:   • Provide overall guidance and quality control for the implementation of the Impact Evaluation Framework including VfM Assessment   • Deliver specific elements of the Impact Evaluation and VfM Assessment, as described in the Impact Evaluation Framework, including: econometrics, surveying, case studies and VfM calculations.   • Produce overall analysis and write up of Evaluation and VfM reports.

We are looking for evaluation and strategy specialists to join our Framework for Evaluation & Strategy Services (2023-25).   The Lots on the Framework are: Lot 1 – Project & Programme Evaluation Lot 2 – Systems Change Evaluation Lot 3 – Pilot & Innovation Evaluation Lot 4 – Learning Partners Lot 5 – Economic Evaluation Lot 6 – Strategy   Suppliers can apply to be on one or more Lots.   Our evaluation and strategy projects vary in budget, size, and scope, so we’re hoping to appoint a range of small consultancies and large agencies to the Framework. The Framework Agreement is designed to reduce procurement burden on Suppliers to provide an efficient, cost-effective, and streamlined tendering process without compromising on quality.
