Norway – Evaluation of the Election Directorate's services and the election implementation survey 2025.

The contracting authority would like an evaluation of the Election Directorate ́s support for municipalities and counties in the implementation of the Parliamentary and Sami parliamentary election 2025. This support is mainly related to the use of the election administration system EVA, training, contact centre and information.1 It is desirable to highlight whether the cooperation between the Election Directorate and municipalities and counties has functioned in a satisfactory manner, and whether the Election Directorate has solved the assignments connected to providing the municipalities support and tools for the election implementation in an appropriate manner. The tenderer shall also carry out a survey that will be sent out to municipalities and counties after the election (the election implementation survey). The survey intends to obtain statistics about the implementation of elections in municipalities and counties. We would like a comparison basis over time in this survey, and several themes are therefore repeated at each choice.
