The project "Resilient Cities" (CiRes), funded by the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), has been promoting urban resilience in Ecuador since July 2023.
