The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for management and organisation development and working environment development for all units at UiO. The framework agreement shall cover the need for extra competence at all levels in the organisation.

The aim of this procurement is to establish a new framework agreement for consultancy services for the sub-contracts accounting, financial management and performance management. The framework agreement can be used by all units at the University of Oslo (UiO) and shall contribute to meet the need for extra competence in the organisation. The contract consists of the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Accounts Sub-contract 2: Financial management Sub-contract 3: Performance management
