The Children’s Society wish to appoint an independent evaluator to deliver evaluation activities, as outlined within this tender, for our national Prevention Programme (“the Programme”). The Children’s Society currently delivers the Programme, which is funded by the Home Office with a commitment to continue until March 2025. The Programme works nationally to tackle and prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and Exploitation (CSE), Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), Modern Day Slavery and Human Trafficking, on a regional and national basis across England and Wales. The selected supplier will be required to contract under The Children’s Society’s consultancy agreement and process any data in line with a signed data processing agreement. An Information Sharing Agreement will also be set up in the event of there being a need to share personal data.
